Michigan Unified Certification Program (MUCP)

The Airport Authority recognizes DBE/ACDBE Certification, however, the Airport Authority is not a DBE or ACDBE certifying agency.

If you wish to become a concessionaire, ACDBE certification can be obtained by submitting an application to Wayne County Human Relations Business Inclusion.

Also please note, as previously stated, per the Federal Regulations, vendors MUST be certified at the time of contract bid.
