Public Input
To allow Airport stakeholders and members of the general public the opportunity to provide input and comments on Airport-related issues, the Wayne County Airport Authority has established the following policy:
- As established by the Wayne County Airport Authority By laws, the Airport Authority will post Meeting notices in compliance with provisions of the Open Meetings Act.
- The Airport Authority will post a Draft Agenda for Authority Board meetings three(3) days prior to the scheduled meeting on Airport’s website.
Airport stakeholders and members of the public may submit written comments to the Airport Authority before the day of the meeting. Written comments will be distributed to Board Members for their consideration, prior to the scheduled meeting. Written comments should be addressed to:

Kristy.Exner@wcaa.usA public comment period will be held at the end of each Board meeting to receive input from individuals in attendance. Below are instructions on how to make a public comment:
- If you are attending in-person and would like to make a public comment, please fill out a yellow card at the sign-in table. If you are joining remotely, please click on the hand icon on your computer or push *9 from your phone. Speakers are limited to three minutes. If you have joined by real-time captioning, please use the chat feature and your comment will be read to the Board. The public comment portion of the meeting is a dedicated time for the public to state their comments. If you have questions, please submit your inquiries in writing to kristy.exner@wcaa.us. No questions will be received or considered during the public comment period. We will review and provide a response within five business days.
