DTW looking for participants for upcoming online passenger feedback forums

Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) is hosting online passenger forums to gain insights from travelers. 

We want to focus on each step of your journey throughout DTW to better understand what works well and what could be improved.

Your feedback will play a crucial role in helping us streamline operations, reduce disruptions and enhance your overall experience. 

Parent Forums

Date: June 26 at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Are you a parent who loves traveling with your family, exploring new dining and shopping spots, and making the most of your leisure trips? We want to hear from you.

These online forums will focus on you and your children’s experience while traveling, from check-in to boarding. From the shops to restaurants and even the restrooms, we are looking for what you like about DTW and how we can improve.
